Research Experiences and Plans
A. Self-reflective description of previous and current research activities and accomplishments
I’ve had a diverse set of experiences in research thus far that have allowed me to flex my analytical and synthesis muscles. I’ve collaborated on both qualitative and quantitative studies. This year, through my work with Dr. Maxwell, I have begun to learn more about writing on theoretical/ methodological topics. I have begun publishing synthesis/ theoretical pieces on digital environments on my own.
I am most comfortable writing synthesis pieces. I genuinely enjoy writing literature reviews. I look forward to doing more synthesis/ theoretical type of work and I hope to get more experience in not only different types of data analysis, but in research design and initiation.
